Room in the Inn

Madison helps host homeless men one night a week from November-March. Volunteers prepare a meal for the men, as well as offer prayers and encouragement. In addition to dinner, the men have a warm, comfortable place to spend the night, breakfast and a sack lunch for the following day.

Meals on Wheels

Volunteers prepare and deliver about 35 lunches per day, six days a week, to nearby residents. Most of the people who receive this service live alone, don’t drive and live on a low income. Typically, they are referred to the church by family or health care providers.

Food Pantry

Madison partners with Second Harvest Food Bank to serve residents of 37115 through our food pantry. Church members help stock the pantry with groceries for those in need, and it is also supported with food drives conducted by Goodpasture Christian School and the Boy Scouts.

Clothing Room

The clothing room accepts donations from church members and others in the community; volunteers sort clothes and help those in need with their selections.
